Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you create them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. I have some tips and tricks to help you make delicious, fluffy omelets every single morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. You must keep them cool enough to allow the whites to form properly and the yolks to become too runny if they're not kept at the right temperature. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. Mix eggs well together. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Then shake the bowl vigorously. This will whip the air around the bowl and mix the egg well.
